Name for the New Learning Center
The CHS Alumni Association Board was tasked by the Clinton School District Board of Education to recommend a name for the new Learning Center at the Clinton Middle School, which will be completed in the fall. The name of the center is meant to serve as a memorial or honorary title to someone who has made great contributions to the school district and community.
The Alumni Association Board formed a subcommittee, which has identified five potential recommendations.
Arthur Lee - Superintendent from 1900-1944
Adah Peckenpaugh - English Teacher in the District for 40 Years
Joyce Rife - Language Arts Teacher for 20 Years
Carole Wright - 5th Grade Teacher for 15 Years
JC Smith - Mentor and Leader to Youth for Decades
